Returns and refunds

We believe your dream space deserves nothing but premium wallpaper art, and we're here to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return your purchase. To ensure that you have a hassle-free experience, we have outlined our return policy below:

Returnable products

  • When shopping directly from sandbergwallpaper.com you can return your complete order of wallpaper rolls and wall murals within 30 days from the day that you receive your order*

  • You can only return products that you have purchased from sandbergwallpaper.com. If you have made your purchase from one of our resellers you must contact the reseller and return your order through them.

  • You may still return the wallpaper if you have divided the lengths as indicated by the cutting symbols.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • It is possible to cancel an order before it is produced. Contact our customer service directly if you want to cancel your order.

  • You have the right to cancel your order if it is more than 21 working days delayed. Please contact us regarding delayed shipments so that we can help you as soon as possible.

* Please note that we are unable to accept returns of wallpaper samples, part of a mural, part orders of wallpaper rolls and wallpaper that has been made especially for you such as tailormade wallpapers.

Before returning your order

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sandbergwallpaper.com, and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  • Sandberg Wallpaper will cover the cost of the return shipping. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please note that Sandberg Wallpaper will not reimburse any shipping costs or be responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during the transit.

  • Wallpaper must be returned as a complete order in its original packaging, including all accessories. When a return is accepted we will send you a return label and instructions of where and how to ship your return.

Refund payout

  • Once we have received your shipment you will get an email from us letting you know that we are processing your refund. When the return is accepted a refund will be made. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • If you return your order without first contacting us, the handling time will be longer and may cause additional costs.

  • Please note that samples ordered from Rebel Walls are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We offer samples to help our customers make informed decisions about our products and to ensure that the colors and motifs match their expectations. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sample orders.

  • Delays caused by you not being present to receive the shipment is out of our control and not subject to a refund. Contact us immediately to find a solution. Not receiving your package may cause additional costs.

  • You can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
