Sandbergwallpaper.com sells wallpaper and wallpaper samples for private and commercial use. By using our website and/or purchasing a product from the website, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions of sale below.

Orders and ordering

You must be at least 18 or over to shop from Sandbergwallpaper.com. If you are not 18 years old, you need your parent or legal guardian’s approval before submitting your purchase.

Once you have completed your purchase we will send you an order confirmation to the email address that you have provided. Your order confirmation includes a summary of the products that you have purchased, price breakdown, invoice- and delivery address, and the type of delivery you have chosen.

We don’t save your personal details for anything other than completing your order. You have the right to request all information stored about you. For more information regarding your personal information, please read our privacy policy.

Delivery information

As long as the product is in stock, we will normally ship your order within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, we will attempt to deliver your order within 5 working days (within the EU) and 10 to the rest of the world. Our international orders are shipped with UPS.

You have the right to cancel your order should it be more than 21 working days delayed. Please contact us regarding delayed shipments so that we can help you as soon as possible. Read more about returns and claims below. Delays caused by you not being present to receive the shipment are out of our control and not subject to a refund.

N.B Orders made during weekends and holidays (bank holidays/red days) are processed the following working day.

Free shipping

All products are delivered for free and we do not add any transportation fees. If there are local custom charges, VAT costs, or other fees they are paid by the customer to UPS upon delivery.

Prices

All prices at sandbergwallpaper.com are in USD, CAD, AUD, SEK, GBP Pounds Sterling or EURO depending on your location. Please be aware that if you shop from outside the EU, your order might be subject to customs charges. For details regarding this please contact your local customs authorities.

*For customers in the United States: Prices are displayed without sales tax. Sales Tax will apply depending on your location in checkout. The sales tax listed on the checkout page is only an estimate before your location is verified. Your invoice will contain the final sales tax, including state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees.

We may update our prices at any time. Despite our best effort, a small number of our products might be mispriced from time to time. If this happens we will not be obliged to supply the products at the incorrect price. We will contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. We will either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Payment

Credit-/debitcard

When paying using a credit- or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Sofort or Maestro), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched.

All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in an encrypted form providing high-level security for the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit- and debit cardholders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Sandberg Wallpaper, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn't be performed. Sandberg Wallpaper shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment

Direct debit

If you are connected to either of the two direct debit solutions Sandberg Wallpaper accepts, Sofort or OBT (Online Bank Transfer), you may use this in order to pay for items ordered on the Website.

PayPal

PayPal is a service that enables you to pay and accept payments without revealing your financial information to the online shop. PayPal secures your information and protects the purchase.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete the payment of the order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up at the PayPal login page before completing your order.

Klarna – Pay Now

With “Pay Now" you make your payment at once but keep all the benefits you get when you shop through Klarna. Payment can be made in three ways: with your card, via bank transfer, or through a linked bank account.

If you choose to pay with a linked bank account, the money will be deducted 1-2 banking days when the order is dispatched. If we are unable to withdraw the money, we will instead send an invoice to the email address you used when you made the purchase.

Klarna – Pay Later

Klarna – Pay Over Time

Pay over 6 months is one of Klarna’s financing options for using our One-time card through the Klarna app with a fixed interest rate, fixed monthly rate, and due date. Once approved, this option allows you to make 6 payments over 6 months for your purchase.

To use Klarna’s financing options, simply select to pay later with financing and choose your preferred payment plan. You’ll be informed of an annual interest rate upfront before you complete the transaction. To apply for the one-time credit agreement complete a simple, 4-step credit application with your personal information. You will know instantly if you are approved and can complete the order right away. The credit is issued by WebBank in partnership with Klarna and allows you to pay for your purchases over time.

As soon as the merchant processes your order, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payment schedule. Your first payment will be due one month after your order is processed. Your purchase and payments will then be visible and manageable in your Klarna App.

Wallpaper colours

Product imagery can vary from the finished product and we can’t guarantee that the image matches the exact colour of the wallpaper. Colours on imagery can also vary between different electronic devices such as mac, pc, tablets and mobiles. We recommend you order a sample of your wallpaper before purchasing several rolls. We may, if needed, change the product description and imagery from time to time and will do so without given notice.

Returns and complaints

Returns on a complete order of wallpapers or wall murals are accepted within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Sandberg Wallpaper will cover the cost of the return shipping.

To ensure that you have a hassle-free experience, we have outlined our return policy below:

Returnable products

  • When shopping directly from sandbergwallpaper.com you can return your complete order of wallpaper rolls and wall murals within 30 days from the day that you receive your order.*

  • You can only return products that you have purchased from sandbergwallpaper.com. If you have made your purchase from one of our resellers you must contact the reseller and return your order through them.

  • You may still return the wallpaper if you have divided the lengths as indicated by the cutting symbols. 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately to make a claim, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • It is possible to cancel an order before it is produced. Contact our customer service directly if you want to cancel your order.

  • You have the right to cancel your order if it is more than 21 working days delayed. Please contact us regarding delayed shipments so that we can help you as soon as possible. 

* Please note that we are unable to accept returns of wallpaper samples, part of a mural, part orders of wallpaper rolls and wallpaper that has been made especially for you such as tailormade wallpapers.

Before returning your order

  • Please contact us via [email protected] before returning an order. We will send you a return-id with instructions of where and how to ship your return. 

  • Sandberg Wallpaper will cover the cost of the return shipping. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please note that Sandberg Wallpaper will not reimburse any shipping costs or be responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during the transit.

  • Wallpaper must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and paperwork.

Refund payout

  • Once we have received your shipment you will get an email from us letting you know that we are processing your refund. When the return is accepted a refund will be made. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • Please note that if you return your order without first contacting us, the handling time will be longer.

  • Delays caused by you not being present to receive the shipment is out of our control and not subject to a refund. Contact us immediately to find a solution. Not receiving your package may cause additional costs.

  • Please note that samples ordered from Sandberg Wallpaper are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We offer samples to help our customers make informed decisions about our products and to ensure that the colors and motifs match their expectations. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sample orders.

We offer a one-year guarantee and a three-year right of complaint on all products, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act (1990:932). These warranties apply in Sweden. The product guarantee covers initial errors, meaning any defects present in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products received will be returned and exchanged at no additional cost.

We will not compensate for extra costs that may arise during installation, such as additional labor or materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. In the event of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, that we do not succeed in resolving, we follow the recommendations of "Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden" (ARN) General Complaints Board. Any dispute must be resolved by either Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
