When shopping directly from sandbergwallpaper.com you can return your complete order within 14 days from the day that you receive your order. You have the right to cancel your order should it be more than 21 working days delayed. Please contact us regarding delayed shipments so that we can help you as soon as possible. Read more about returns and reclamations below. Delays caused by you not being present to receive the shipment is out of our control and not subject to a refund.
Before returning your order
Please contact us via email@example.com before returning an order. We will send you a return-id with instructions of where and how to ship your return. To be able to return an item you need to send it in its original condition and packaging.
The shipment cost is covered by the customer. Sandberg Wallpaper only cover the
shipment cost if we have sent you the incorrect items or your order arrived damaged.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of wallpaper samples, part orders of wallpaper roles and items that have been made especially for you such as tailor made wall murals.
You can only return complete orders that you have purchased from sandbergwallpaper.com. If you have made your purchase from one of our resellers you must return your order through them.
Once we have received your shipment you will get an email from us letting you know that we are processing your refund. When the return is accepted a refund will be made.
Please note that if you return your order without first contacting us,the handling time will be longer.
