With Pattern Stories, we embrace a specific wallpaper design and tell the story behind the pattern. We want to show the craftsmanship that leads to the finished wallpaper. We call this Swedish Wallpaper Art.
A Grand Interpretation of A Classic
In 2021, we launched Linnea, an embracing botanical pattern designed by our talented designer, Karolina Kroon. Originally painted in gouache, the pattern was named after the delicate clematis Linnea Atragene:
"In my garden by the coffee bench, a Linnea Atragene unfurls its pink bells beside a fragrant honeysuckle. I've always loved climbing plants — how they weave and wind, wrapping you in their boundless, enveloping foliage. I wanted to recreate this sense of dense, embracing greenery in a wallpaper."

Linnea soon became a favorite in our wallpaper family. The design is so beloved it is now available in six charming colorways, and in an even grander scale as a mural.
