How do I buy rolls of wallpaper?
Rolls of wallpaper can only be purchased online from the United Kingdom. If you are visiting the site from any other country, including Sweden, we kindly ask you to contact one of our resellers. To find your nearest reseller, please use our “find store” function i the footer of this website. Accessories and wallpaper samples are available world wide for online purchase. Place the item in your basket and check out using either PayPal or credit card.
How large are your wallpaper samples?
Our wallpaper samples are A4 size (210 x 297 mm)
What type of adhesive do I need?
All our wallpapers are non-woven. We recommend that you use a ready-mixed glue that is suitable for non-woven.
N.b. Non-woven glue should be pasted straight onto the wall. Don’t paste directly on to the paper and don’t use wallpaper pasting machines.
How many rolls do I need?
The easiest way to find out is to use our wallpaper calculator.
Where is my order?
As long as your item is in stock we will usually send your order within 24 hours of purchase. We expect a delivery time of 2-4 working days within Europe, 5-10 days to the rest of the world. We will send your item with UPS who will email you a tracking code and instructions of how to track your order. Please note that UPS might be in partnership with another courier in your country and as a result hand over your shipment to that courer for final delivery. N.B Wallpaper samples are sent by post and will not generate a tracking number. Excpected delivery time for wallpaper samples are 2-4 days within Europe and 5-10 days to the rest of the world.
How do I return an item?
Items purchased on this website can be returned within 3 weeks of delivery. Items must be sent back in its original condition and packaging in order to receive a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return-ID and instructions of how to return your order. If you would like to return wallpaper that you have purchased offline you must contact the store who will help you with your query. We don’t accept returns of wallpaper samples.
Can you provide me with the NCS colour id of the wallpaper?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to check the exact colour ID on our wallpapers.
Can I order custom made wall murals?
Some of our wall murals are possible to order to custom made sizes. Please contact us to see what is available.
Can you please help me match wallpapers to the rest of my home?
